摘要: In this method, the operator/therapist is enabled to assign dosage constraints directly points in patient's cross section rather than field strengths as programmed console. Linear programming then solves for strengths, optimizing uniformity within imposed by operator, and aiding also selection of wedges beam directions. The iterative nature interaction between operator machine stressed. Two examples treatment plans are simulated through system. Computer calculation combined with rapid allows therapist examine more variations directions otherwise currently feasible.
