摘要: Charged particle acceleration takes place ubiquitously in the Universe including near-Earth heliospheric environment. Typical situ spacecraft measurements made solar wind show that charged velocity distribution contains energetic components with quasi scale-free power-law dependence, f∼v−α, for high range. In this Review a theory of quiet-time solar-wind electrons contain suprathermal component is discussed, which these are taken to be dynamical equilibrium Langmuir turbulence. This includes an overview turbulence theory, as well discussion on asymptotic solution turbulence/suprathermal electron system. Theoretical predictions high-energy index then compared against recent observations superhalo by instruments onboard WIND and STEREO spacecraft. It shown theoretical prediction intermediate observed
