摘要: We experienced a case of mass-forming intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma which could not been diagnosed accurately without pathologic findings. A 78-year-old Japanese woman with no particular symptoms was admitted for changes in liver function tests. Ultrasonography revealed solid tumor. When there are typical imaging features, pathognomonic clinical findings and obvious risk factors any specific hepatic tumor, it may be difficult to make an accurate diagnosis before surgical resection. The lesion resected on the basis high degree suspicion malignancy submitted evaluation. Microscopically, neoplasm moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma abundant fibrous stroma, consistent cholangiocarcinoma. This exemplifies importance considering various tumorous non-tumorous diseases differential mass atypical especially when cannot excluded.
