摘要: This paper examines the consistency of parent selection procedures, focusing on adoption and embryo donation. It outlines current methods their disparities, considers reasons for these disparities; namely, intentionality parents, gestational experience, technological imperative. discussion is followed by an analysis ethical validity reasons, in terms how well they meet standards equity justice. The concludes that approaches to are unsystematic inadequate, discusses implications this assessment.
