摘要: The wet oxidation pretreatment (water, oxygen, elevated temperature, and pressure) of softwood (Picea abies) was investigated for enhancing enzymatic hydrolysis. preliminarily optimized. Six different combinations reaction time, pH were applied, the compositions solid liquid fractions analyzed. fraction after contained 58–64% cellulose, 2–16% hemicellulose, 24–30% lignin. series gave information about roles lignin hemicellulose in temperature pretreatment, residual content substrate, type commercial cellulase preparation used most important factors affecting highest sugar yield a 72-h hydrolysis, 79% theoretical, obtained using 200°C 10 min at neutral pH.
