摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence a range factors on decision female Emirati students join private sector as career choice. Design/methodology/approach This study employs analytic hierarchy process (AHP) prioritise affecting students’ choice career. The AHP model was developed with five criteria and 19 sub-criteria based previous literature. Data were collected through interviews 12 enroled in higher educational institutions UAE. respondents selected from both public universities basis their majors academic performance (GPA). data interpreted priority vector assigned each criterion sub-criterion. Findings The findings show that emotional stability for engineering job-skills mismatch business are most important sector.
