摘要: Abstract: Reference intervals for blood biochemical analytes and packed cell volume are useful to veterinarians conservation programs monitoring the health of threatened species. Populations critically endangered Chinese three-striped box turtle, Cuora trifasciata (Bell, 1825), heavily depleted in wild because overharvesting; many individuals now maintained captive breeding programs. were established this species held a program at Kadoorie Farm Botanic Garden, Hong Kong. Blood samples obtained from 86 healthy population during annual examinations between 2006 2010. Packed 17 measured, data analyzed using both multivariate univariate statistical analyses.
