摘要: The authentication and traceability of spices is a major concern for industrials consumers. We focused on species from Zanthoxylum genera which are used many different applications by local populations also trading as (dried pericarps or whole fruits). In this case, literature gives contradictory data about botanical names, commercial labelling often confusing. studied fruits extracts obtained supercritical CO2 analyzed them GC/MS. very complex volatile semi fractions composition each extract described. barcoding method including molecular biology phylogenetic analyses was developed in order to check the identification raw material. This robust identify berries samples. one genetic marker two Rutaceae clusters, several genus. These results indicate that Fagara groups could be considered genera. Combination chemical analysis DNA provides an original approach increase genus knowledge.
