摘要: Our previous studies identified a sub-population of cholinergic neurons which express nestin in the rostral part basal forebrain (BF) normal adult rats. In present study, postnatal developmental patterns nestin, choline acetyl transferase (ChAT) and parvalbumin (PV) positive were explored by means immunohistochemistry combined with immunofluorescence double label methods. Compared early onset ChAT expression (from P1) delayed PV P16), activity was detected BF from P9 co-expressed parts within same region during whole development process. However, not coexpressed medial septum-diagonal band Broca (MS-DBB) BF. These results might imply composite separate displayed different subpopulations (nestin negative neurons) this region. Moreover, topographic distribution also showed characteristics. summary, our study revealed remarkable timing difference on MS-DBB compared expression. It is further suggested that re-expressed after differentiation but persisted neuronal precursor cells.
