Intelligent chassis management

摘要: A modular system uses point-to-point communication between field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) on a control module and each port module, respectively, to manage basic functions, such as power, environmental monitoring, health checks the modules their components. This allows chassis be managed without fully powering card first, frees processors from having perform checks, dedicated resources rapidly monitor of card, prevents one bad disabling management all cards.
