Accommodation: its relation to refractive errors, amblyopia and biometric parameters.

摘要: Aim : To study accommodation in relation to different refractive errors, amblyopia and measure the anatomical changes accommodating eye Materials methods We studied amplitude of (AA) 150 patients age group 11 – 30 years which included emmetropes, myopes, hypermetropes hypermetropic amblyopes using Royal Air Force (RAF) rule. The anterior chamber depth (ACD), axial length (AxL) lens thickness (LT) during were measured an A-scan. Myopes further divided based on amount error 4D. Results Corrected low myopes had highest (p 0.05). Conclusion amblyopic has amplitudes proving benefit near adds patients. Prolonged work might induce myopia susceptible eyes by increasing length.
