摘要: The crab, O.senex senex was injected with V.parahaemolyticus (0.1 ml of 10 7 cfu/ml). After injection bacteria the crabs were allowed to withstand for 96 hrs. hrs one group dissected, some tissues and haemolymph used biochemical assays. Remaining bacterial treated 0.05 80% M. tinctoria leaves methanol extract (1000 ppm), after total protein, microprotein increased in experimental group. Glucose, acid phosphatase alkaline significantly decreased These result suggested that M.tinctoria could combat microbial infection by stimulating immune response crabs.
