摘要: This study emphasizes different experimental approaches and provides perspectives to apprehend biocorrosion phenomena in the specific disposal environment by investigating microbial activity with regard modification of corrosion rate, which turn can have an impact on safety radioactive waste geological disposal. It is found that iron-reducing bacteria are able use products such as iron oxides "dihydrogen" new energy sources, especially contains low amounts organic matter. Moreover, case sulphate-reducing bacteria, results show mixed aerobic anaerobic conditions most hazardous for stainless steel materials, a situation likely occur early stage Finally, integrated methodological approach applied validate understanding complex processes design experiments aiming at acquisition kinetic data used long term predictive modelling processes.
