摘要: In this contribution, the author first considers characteristics of Czechoslovak communist welfare state and its theoretical alternatives. Throughout reform process, dependency on both corporatist socialist regimes won out, while residualist efforts were promoted in beginning, but later held back. The then possible actors involved social reforms. respect, when proceeding from a general to more concrete level, thought should be devoted classes their ideologies, second political parties leaders. goes summarise particular problems traps individual sections Czech system. While no objection decent standards protection health care could raised, poor efficiency achievement evoke concern. concludes by reflecting specificities comparison with other countries undergoing EU. current lethargy system corresponds "frozen edifice", just as most Western countries.
