摘要: We examine the associations between Body Mass Index (C) and household socioeconomic conditions in Colombia, using data from National Health Demographics Survey of 2010. found that years schooling are inversely related to BMI associated with a lesser prevalence overweight (25≤BMI<30) obesity (BMI≥30), for both men women. The (BMI≥25) was 47%. positively one variable, Household Wealth Index, two geographical variables, region climate. Excess weight is problem deserves more attention Colombia because its future impact on costs public health.
