摘要: RATIONALE Recently, unmodified and carboxylated carbon nanotubes have been used as assisting surfaces laser desorption/ionization (LDI) in mass spectrometry. The functionalization of with organic compounds should lead to a gamut other promising LDI-assisting surfaces. METHODS Carboxylated were functionalized sinapinic acid either covalently or by creating an ionic macro-complex. Polyether-based surfactants analytes examine the properties these new matrices. Mass spectrometric analysis was conducted on LDI-quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) spectrometer. Carbon nanotube deposited from suspension using dried-droplet method. RESULTS The confirmed Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. usefulness each material examined two poly(ethylene glycol) hexadecyl ether amphiphiles (Brij® 52 Brij® 56) monomethyl analytes. Generally, spectra obtained matrix had peaks higher intensities than those macro-complex formation. CONCLUSIONS The presented materials based are effective LDI polyether ether. This type can be highly modified appropriate procedures. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
