摘要: Recent experiments have revealed several morphologies of complexes formed by the self-assembly bottle-brush polyelectrolytes (BPEs) and oppositely charged surfactants. We report herein a computational study formation transition self-assembled BPE/surfactant with varying backbone stiffness amount added surfactant. characterize five complex shapes distinguished on basis BPE conformations aggregate morphologies. Our simulations suggest that for cases single adsorbed an almost complete contact BPE, adopts helical conformation regardless molecular details, while fashion shows dependence investigated parameters. Moreover, spiral is observed at high charge ratio. The present results provide valuable complement to experiment in exploring possible structural phases level.
