摘要: This report presents the results of fabrication luminescent terbium orthophosphate monohydrate (TbPO4?H2O) nanomaterials prepared by microwave synthesis method and their characterization. The effects conditions such as irradiated powers, pH values reaction temperature on properties are also investigated to obtain controllable size, morphology strong luminescence. structure, optical have been characterized x-ray diffraction, field-emission electron scanning microscopy fluorescence spectroscopy, respectively. showed that TbPO4?H2O nanowires/nanorods successfully synthesized using heating an aqueous solution nitrate NH4H2PO4 with ranging from 2 10. length width these 150?350?nm 5?10?nm,
