摘要: A helically wound hollow-fibre (or tubular) membrane module was studied in an oxygenation operation with water flowing the laminar regime inside tube. Data are compared a conventional where straight membranes parallel alignment. In former design, results analyzed taking into account formation of secondary flow (Dean vortices) and new mass transfer correlation is presented. latter consistent Leveque equation. It shown that presence vortices gives better performance terms oxygen transfer. Improvement factors were range 2 to 4.
