摘要: iabetic gastroparesis is a well-recognized deD lay of gastric emptying without any outlet obstruction. It affects patients with longstanding, often poorly controlled diabetes mellitus and associated autonomic failure, peripheral neuropathy, retinopathy, nephropathy.’ The majority the diabetic have insulin-dependent (IDDM), but it may also occur in non-insulindependent (NIDDM) patients.* condition was first described by Rundles 1945 as part generalized neuropathy.3 In 1954, Kassander termed diabeticorum prospective study asymtomatic where 22% had radiologic evidence retention.4 most common symptoms are nausea vomiting lasting for days or weeks separated symptom-free intervals.
