摘要: Background: Recurrent instability is the most common complication after traumatic anterior shoulder dislocation in young patients.Hypothesis: The rate of recurrent a homogeneous population adolescents initial significant and associated with guarded prognosis for full recovery.Study Design: Retrospective cohort study.Methods: We identified 32 patients 11 to 18 years age treated at our institution radiographically documented dislocation; we performed functional outcome assessment on 30 use two standard scoring systems.Results: Overall, recurred 24 patients, 23 experiencing least one dislocation.
