摘要: It is reported that a pretreatment step required for the fabrication of ordered nanopore arrays on Al by anodization. In this study, one anodization was carried out foils with different surface features resulted from polishing conditions. The effect morphologies their characteristics determined. When nonelectropolished substrate anodized, only limited-sized domains could be obtained. Nearly perfect hexagonal close packed pore domain size about 2–4 μm obtained electropolished even due to electropolishing addition, differences current density and substrates were affected distinct oxide. increase oxidation in later stage caused mainly breakdown oxide which highly cannot
