摘要: Abstract An imaging energy spectrometer in a transmission electron microscope offers different operation modes of image filtering and loss spectroscopy depending on the recorded “coordinates” “selective windows”. A terminology is proposed for characterizing these modes. Examples application are presented crystalline specimens physics electron-specimen interactions.
