摘要: Yielding and work-hardening phenomena in an Fe-10.62 Mn-2.84 Al-0.17 C-0.5 Mo steel, which is composed of nanometer-sized lamellae of α′ and γ, are described on the basis of the Hall–Petch relations. Unlike the general expectation, yielding in the steel, which consists of lamellae of α′ and mechanically stable γ, occurs through the propagation of pileup dislocations from α′ to γ.
