摘要: E26 transformation-specific (ETS) transcription factor EHF plays a tumor suppressor role in prostate cancer and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), whereas it is overexpressed may act as an oncogene ovarian mammary cancers. However, its biological thyroid remains totally unknown. The aim of this study was to explore the functions potential therapeutic target cancer. Using quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) assay, we evaluated mRNA expression cohort primary papillary cancers (PTCs) matched non-cancerous tissues. knockdown ectopic cells were determine by series vitro vivo experiments. Moreover, dual-luciferase reporter chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays performed identify downstream targets. Our data showed that significantly increased PTCs compared with inhibited proliferation, colony formation, migration, invasion tumorigenic nude mice induced cycle arrested apoptosis modulating PI3K/Akt MAPK/Erk signaling pathways. On other hand, notably promoted growth invasiveness. Importantly, identified new for HER2 HER3, contributing tumorigenesis. Altogether, our findings suggest novel functional transcriptionally regulating represent
