摘要: Ferroelectric crystals near the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) in Pb(Mg1∕3Nb2∕3)O3–PbZrO3–PbTiO3 ternary system were grown using solid state crystal growth technique. A MPB composition with a Curie temperature of ∼205°C was selected for characterization piezoelectric properties and dependent behavior. The room electromechanical coupling factors found to be ⩾90% k33 ∼−87% k32, respectively, comparable Pb(Mg1∕3Nb2∕3)O3–PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) crystals. coercive field, being on order 5kV∕cm, nearly double that pure PMN-PT. dependence showed stability up 160°C, expanding usage range actuator ultrasonic transducer applications.
