摘要: We report a case of transient tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy characterized by an unusual trigger in woman victim near-drowning syndrome. After 24 h, electrocardiogram changes and typical echocardiographic pattern apical ballooning with mild increase serum troponin level induced the suspicion despite absence chest pain. Left ventriculography confirmed ballooning, coronary angiography revealed normal arteries. Electrocardiogram contraction abnormalities were reversed within 1 month. In conclusion, we hypothesize that hypoxemia related to syndrome could have myocardial dysfunction mediated sympathetic nerve activation.
