摘要: In this study, we analyzed neural stem cells transfected with the HRE-VEGF gene in groups experiencing different periods of hypoxia. The results RT-PCR showed that expression vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA gradually increased prolonged period hypoxia (p < 0.05). from western-blot test VEGF protein as MTT combined Elisa reagent hypoxia, secretion increased, and proliferation target was better promoted These imply HRE can safely effectively regulate expression. By controlling increase level, limit it more safe values to avoid possibility cancer caused by over-enhancement due overexpression protein.
