摘要: The heterotrimeric G proteins G12 and G13 link G-protein-coupled receptors to the regulation of actin cytoskeleton induction actomyosin-based cellular contractility. Here we show that conditional ablation genes encoding α-subunits in nervous system results neuronal ectopia cerebral cerebellar cortices due overmigration cortical plate neurons Purkinje cells, respectively. organization radial glia basal lamina was not disturbed, Cajal-Retzius cell layer had formed normally mutant mice. Embryonic lacking G12/G13 were unable retract their neurites response lysophosphatidic acid sphingosine-1-phosphate, indicating they lost ability respond repulsive mediators acting via receptors. Our data indicate G12/G13-coupled mediate stop signals are required for proper positioning migrating cells during development.
