摘要: A facile synthesis method was developed to form a nanoporous metal oxide layer using poly(furfuryl alcohol) (PFA) as thermosetting polymer template. Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9 (SDC) with high sinterability prepared on an anode-supported electrolyte film at 900 °C, and used sinter-active in cell fabrication improve the interface between inert surface cathode of solid fuel (SOFC). The resulting saw-like improved maximum powder density by 51% 600 °C 162% 500 compared that unmodified cell. electrolyte–cathode exhibited lower electrode polarization resistance than those reported literature, such improvement much more significant reduced operating temperatures (400–500 °C). Our study shows temperature cells can be substantially lowered simply improving electrode–electrolyte interfaces.
