摘要: All cells exist within the context of a three-dimensional microenvironment in which they are exposed to mechanical and physical cues. These cues can be disrupted through perturbations mechanotransduction, from nanoscale-level tissue-level, compromises tensional homeostasis promote pathologies such as cardiovascular disease cancer. The mechanisms suggest that complex interplay exists between extracellular cellular function. Furthermore, sustained disruptions caused by alterations matrix, allowing it serve mechanically based memory-storage device perpetuate or restore normal tissue behaviour.
