摘要: The production of glutathione (GSH) or GSH enriched yeast is still in the focus research driven by a high industrial interest. In this study, an optimal growth rate for via Saccharomyces cerevisiae Sa-07346 was investigated. To further improve fermentation process way that it independent lots, influence different WMIX medium compositions on biomass and studied. Thereby, adjusted based yeast's elemental composition. resulting chemically defined led to cell densities fed-batches. Therefore, has potential be applied successfully other density processes. As cysteine key component production, addition strategies were studied finally, continuous feeding late stage fermentation. concentration 1459 ± 57 mg/l reached continuously cysteine, which meant increase 253% compared control without (577 mg/l GSH).
