摘要: A polymer-encapsulated pigment dispersion is prepared from a mixture of (a) carrier; (b) particles; and (c) polymeric dispersing agent having polymer backbone, zwitterionic side chain comprising anionic cationic groups. The may provide efficient wetting using relatively low thus economical amounts, with good opacity hiding characteristics, especially in titanium dioxide-containing coating compositions
