摘要: Arguably, if a court holds defendant liable for negligently inflicting harm on the plaintiff, this intervention combines three effects: (1) specifies normative expectation, (2) expresses dissatisfaction with plaintiff's behavior, example, her level of activity, and (3) obliges to compensate plaintiff.
