摘要: Arguably, if a court holds defendant liable for negligently inflicting harm on the plaintiff, this intervention combines three effects: (1) specifies normative expectation, (2) expresses dissatisfaction with plaintiff's behavior, example, her level of activity, and (3) obliges to compensate plaintiff. In field, it would be close impossible disentangle effects, or investigate how they interact intrinsic reticence inflict passive outsider. We therefore go lab. do not find an effect morality.
