Factors Affecting Planned Human Resource Development in the Iranian Social Security Organization’s Hospitals

摘要: Planned Human Resource Development is critical to educating a skilled and efficient workforce. The present study aimed at identifying the main factors of planned human resource development in Iranian Social Security Organization Hospitals. done through analysis questionnaire designed after identification variables. Iran Organisation hospitals (the major governmental health institutions Iran) were chosen as sample among all healthcare centers (n=65). Content validity construct assured with expert judgment reliability was determined using Cronbach’s alpha Pearson correlation (first second times) .Cronbach’s coefficient respectively 0.811and (p<0.001) 0.875. filled out by research community. After size proved be sufficient exploratory confirmatory analyzed.The findings indicated that two factor component “Planning”. “master plan for education” “career path”. calculated fitness indexes prove desirability appropriateness components their structural relations.It concluded these have substantial roles organization.
