Three new Hermatomyces species ( Lophiotremataceae ) on Pandanus odorifer from Southern Thailand

摘要: Investigations on microfungi Pandanus odorifer ( Pandanaceae ) from southern Thailand resulted in the discovery of three new species Hermatomyces Lophiotremataceae . Phylogenetic analyses combined LSU, ITS, SSU, RPB2 and TEF1 sequence data showed that our taxa cluster with were well separated Aquasubmersa Lophiotrema Lophiotremataceae. We introduce species, krabiensis , H. pandanicola saikhuensis illustrated accounts. Evidence for demarcation is provided using morphology phylogenetic analyses. This first report species.
