摘要: Leadership is a term that has long attracted interest. The word ‘leader’ evokes images of influential and dynamic individuals who achieve superiority. reminds many questions: Why how do certain leaders inspire such commitment? attention? And why successful then just fall out favour? Such questions surrounding leadership have been topic speculation. Besides new models continue to develop, including model for the organizational form, where relies less upon managerial authority set ideas transcends physical, biological, social sciences, referred as Complexity Theory. This research investigates empirically organizations through lens Theory by exploring complex chaotic contextual factors experience. contributes evolving process study in arena contextualizing literature.
