摘要: This paper presents matrix topology (3×1) based isolated three phase AC-DC converter suitable for aircraft systems. A novel modulation scheme on Space Vector Modulation (SVM) is proposed to convert line frequency AC into high AC. The direct conversion of single removes the mandatory DC link capacitor which improves power density and reliability system. Moreover, a variable control regulating output voltage different loading condition. switching explained in detail subsequently, steady state analysis presented. An example input 120 V rms (3-phase), 400 Hz 28 with an 3.3 kW designed. Comprehensive simulation carried out using MATLAB Simulink PSIM software platform results are discussed.
