摘要: Abstract The impedance of the photo-electrochemical cells using TiO2 thin film electrodes was investigated by means complex admittance spectra within frequency range 0.01 Hz–100 kHz, and in presence an electrical bias between −0.7 0.4 V. Plausible equivalent circuits are discussed. It found that can be divided into two ranges. Based on determined capacitance vs. voltage, both flat band potential density donors electrode have been estimated. with respect to a saturated calomel were −0.64 V 3.7×1024 m−3, respectively. thickness depletion layer corresponding 1 V voltage equal 46 nm.
