摘要: The in vivo effect of a therapeutic dose prednisolone on canine neutrophil adherence, random migration, chemotaxis, phagocytosis IgG and C3b opsonized yeast cells, chemiluminescence, Fc- CR3-receptor expression was investigated. Prednisolone also added vitro to neutrophils as isolated cells whole blood. In the study, increased mediated ingestion number activated assay, while flow cytometric investigation IgG-receptor Fc gamma RIII with monoclonal antibody showed similar before, during after treatment. C3b-opsonized CR3-receptors (CD11b CD18) measured by cytometry unchanged. Chemiluminescence chemotactic response towards zymosan serum were increased, adherence nylon wool decreased. studies revealed that had no or dampening cell suspensions. Adherence well decreased at highest concentration (800 ng/ml) present study suggests part antiinflammatory corticosteroids through their influence neutrophils, besides reduced may be exerted clearance microorganisms IgG-complexes an elevated functional capacity.
