摘要: Abstract This paper presents 2D images of the eddy current distribution in an aluminium plate by inverting corresponding magnetic field. Three linear defects with different lengths (5 mm, 8 mm, 12 mm) were machined a 4 mm thick plate. The field maps obtained experimentally using measurement setup to scan defect regions. probe included system contains planar coil excite sinusoidal spatially uniform distribution, and GMR sensor measure one component. inverted Tikhonov regularization.
