摘要: Background and Purpose— Despite the recent technical evolution of endovascular treatment acute ischemic stroke, late incomplete recanalization can be achieved after several maneuvers but with a potentially higher risk futile reperfusion complications, such as clot fragmentation. The aim this article is to investigate impact angiographic phenotype M1-middle cerebral artery occlusions, classified regular irregular in aspect, on results by stent retrievers (SRs) or contact aspiration (CA). Methods— From January April 2016, 84 consecutive patients, admitted for stroke middle occlusion, were treated therapy. Among them, 60 patients (26M, 34F, median age, 70.5; interquartile range, 58.5–80.0) SR (25/60, 41.7%) CA (35/60, 58.3%) first-line approach 2 experienced centers. Patients’ characteristics, timing, procedural data prospectively recorded compared between study subgroups (regular phenotype). Results— A at occlusion site was observed 24 (40%). these, successful strategy (Thrombolysis Cerebral Infarction 2b-3) 100% only 33.3% ( P =0.001). For phenotypes, Thrombolysis 2b-3 73.9% CA, 38.5% =0.036) cases. average number 1.3 (median, 1; range 1–3) 2.7 3; 1–5) =0.008). Conclusions— may associated different response preliminary experience.
