摘要: Neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (NAIT) is a rare disorder in the neonatal period, occurring 1 2000 to 5000 births. The clinical syndrome of NAIT can be varied, but resulting very severe and result serious haemorrhage fetus neonate. At least 5 human platelet antigen systems have been described, all implicated cases NAIT. Approximately 50% antigen-incompatible firstborn infants will affected. risk recurrence subsequent pregnancies high, estimated at >75%, with disease being either equally or more than first infant. Mortality 10%, usually associated intracranial haemorrhage. incidence approximately 14%, 25% antenatally. In an effort prevent these complications, therapy instituted from Treatment strategies included appropriate, compatible transfusion, corticosteroid use exchange transfusion. However, success treating immune-mediated intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIg) has prompted this fetuses IVIg demonstrated efficacy both situations. literature concerning IVIg, ante- post-natally, reviewed, treatment for affected by are discussed.
