摘要: The contemporary generation of Disaster Risk Management (DRM) scholars is increasingly contributing to the ongoing debate on applying resilience in theory and practice. Nevertheless, theoretical foundations DRM context have not yet been sufficiently validated empirical grounds. This paper produces a review literature Resilience concept recognizes unanswered questions body disaster management literature. There are several research gaps recognized future implications suggested, particular, how achieved multi-stakeholder environment, frame bounce forward disaster. In order add value context, this also elaborates specific Sri Lanka.
