摘要: The authors use the R-matrix formalism for electron-molecule collision problem to calculate elastic scattering cross sections HeH+ ion as a function of internuclear separation. Vibrationally resolved and inelastic are obtained within adiabatic non-adiabatic nuclei approximation. These calculations give similar magnitude but results show complicated series 'nuclear-excited Feshbach' resonances. lowest 2 Sigma resonances coincide with unexplained structures in observed dissociative recombination section. find that vibrational excitation considerably smaller than those calculated using Coulomb-Born approximation, offering one explanation why has not so far been detected planetary nebulae.
