摘要: A decline in cognitive ability commonly occurs among older individuals. This study sought to explore the restorative effects of exercise patients with existing disabilities. Ninety-six mild impairment were placed an program for six months. Following completion program, participants assessed via Chinese Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE), Activity Daily Living (ADL) assessment, and body movement testing compared a control group who did not participate (N = 102).
