摘要: A 37-year-old man experienced cortical blindness following a bilateral stroke in the territory of posterior cerebral arteries. Four years later, measurement visual field defects (Goldmann perimeter) showed persistence with 2-degree preservation macular vision and perifoveal sparing between 10 to 30 degrees eccentricity left inferior quadrant. Despite this impairment, subject was able perform visually-guided locomotion. Moreover he consciously perceived motion blind parts his field. CT MRI lesion involving most striated cortex. The cortex located internal occipito-parital regions relatively spared. contribution structure extra-striated is discussed.
