FPGA-based implementation of DTSFC and DTRFC algorithms

摘要: In this paper, authors present a FPGA-based implementation of direct torque and stator flux control (DTSFC) rotor (DTRFC) with without use space vector modulation (SVM) for induction motor drives. Indeed, due to their similar structures but also differences, set algorithms is good example show the effectiveness modular approach implement sensorless Therefore, chosen solution based on custom hardware architecture designed by assembling building blocks. These blocks are tested organized in library intellectual property (IP) modules easy re-use. Each block geared toward specific algorithm function (flux estimator, hysteresis controller...). Besides, special attention given refinement which allows finding optimum fixed-point data word length. Finally experimental results shown validate proposed approach.
