摘要: Hypersonic elastic anomalies are investigated in ferroelectrics with perovskite structure by micro-Brillouin scattering to make clear the role of polar nanoregions (PNRs) and static random fields. In order clarify dynamic PNRs, nearly second normal ferroelectric phase transition is studied 12 mol% KF substituted BaTiO3 (KF-BT/0.12). The precursor behaviors critical slowing down clearly observed above Curie temperature TC . While relaxor 0.93Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.07PbTiO3 (PZN-0.07PT) PNRs fields, below intermediate characteristic T*, suppression relaxation time observed. equation stretched well reproduces dependence growth localized length estimated as a function temperature.
