摘要: Resource allocation in LTE networks is a challenging problem as multiple users, under variety of channel conditions, compete for scarce network resources. Moreover, targeting the optimization capacity while still guaranteeing minimum quality service complicates considerably. Traditional schedulers can achieve single tradeoff between conflicting and fairness objectives. This paper presents novel strategy based on genetic algorithms which both objectives are simultaneously optimized. done by maximizing total cell rate cell-edge rate. The results show that proposed algorithm offers range Pareto optimal solutions outperform all other reference strategies.
